How to cleanly uninstall CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE?

In some cases, performing a clean uninstall of CATIA can resolve installation or application issues.

Procedure

  1. Right-click the Start menu and select Apps & features or Installed apps.
    (You can also access the list of installed applications through Windows Settings.)
  2. Uninstall: Dassault Systemes Cloud 3DEXPERIENCE R20XXx.
  3. Verify that the installation folder has been removed : %programfiles%\Dassault Systemes\B427_Cloud

Once the process is complete, restart the computer.

Finally, reinstall CATIA on your computer.
